By openly sharing how we charge, we aim to help you make informed decisions and feel confident in the value of the services we provide. Below, you can see what we charge and what service you will receive in return. You can also view our mortgage fees below.

Financial advice fees

We will take you through our financial planning process if you require advice on pensions or investments. Please be aware that we have a minimum investment amount of £200,000. We charge at two stages during this process: Initial Advice fees and Ongoing Advice fees.

Initial Advice fees

The first stage we charge for during the process is our Initial Advice. This will include everything from our discovery meeting to implementing our recommendations on your behalf. If you would prefer, you can implement our recommendations yourself.

Your Initial Advice fees include:

  • Discovery meeting where we review your present situation and identify current needs and future objectives
  • Findings meeting
  • Building your financial plan and choosing the appropriate services or products
  • Producing a written report detailing any recommendations
  • Implementation of our recommendations
  • Ensuring you are kept informed of progress where necessary.
Initial Advice Services Initial Fee
Financial review, report and implementation fee 1% (Subject to a minimum fee of £2,250)

Ongoing Advice fees

Ongoing service in financial advice is crucial as it ensures that our advice and recommendations remain aligned with your evolving goals, life changes, and market conditions.

By providing continuous support throughout the year, we will provide timely advice, helping you feel confident and informed about your financial future.

Your ongoing service include:

  • A minimum of one invitation to review your investments per year, which includes: A valuation update, reassessment of your attitude to risk and review of your investments against your objectives to ensure they remain suitable
  • Proactive contact in the event of legislative or tax changes and appropriate planning thereafter
  • Portfolio valuations at any time
  • Unlimited face-to-face, telephone and email access to your adviser.

Examples of combined fees for financial advice

You have £250,000 of pensions and/or investments.

You would pay an initial fee of £2,500 and an ongoing fee of £2,500 per year.

You are a client with £500,000 of pensions and/or investments.

You would pay an initial fee of £5,000 and an ongoing fee of £5,000 per year.

Mortgage fees

If you require a mortgage, we will charge an initial fixed fee, and then procuration fees are paid by the lender to us once the mortgage completes. To be completely transparent about how we charge, we’ve highlighted both fees below:

  • People who are not transparent about their financial circumstances. This makes it difficult to provide sound advice

  • DIY investors who prefer to manage their own portfolios
  • People who believe they can consistently outperform the market, regardless of market volatility.
